Drag and drop dispatching is the easiest method for dispatching work orders to
service personnel or service technicians. By simply clicking the work
order (service call or new install) and dragging over to the employee,
dispatching could not be easier. The employee then receives the work
order on their mobile device. The mobile device can be anything from a
web enabled phone to a tablet pc.
